Application form examples

At HEO, AO and AP, and in most HSE and council competitions, a board scores your form before anyone is called. Paste one example, name the area it answers, and see how it reads.

The form is marked with the same indicators as the interview, and the same rules: your actions in the first person, a result a reader can check, the example answering the area asked. Two things change on paper. A shortlister reads fast, so the situation has to be set in two sentences, and the word limit is a wall: the form will not take what is over it.
