Stage 2 on Zoom opens with a role play: a short brief, five minutes to prepare, then up to five minutes as a Garda opposite a board member who applies pressure. Then about 45 to 55 minutes on the five competencies, working from the examples on your Interview Form. The booklet publishes no marks, so the mark here is out of 100 with 50 as the working pass.
